Lena Headey, most recently TV’s answer to Linda Hamilton, is joining the ever-expanding cast of “Game of Thrones”, the new HBO series based on the novels of George R.R. Martin. Headey’s character Cersei is the twin sister of Jaime Lannister (played by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau). From what I’ve read about the role, it should apparently be quite a juicy part.
Other names currently cast are Sean Bean, Kit Harrington, Jack Gleeson, Harry Lloyd, Jennifer Ehle, Iain Glen, Tamzin Merchant, Richard Madden, Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams, Alfie Allen and Peter Dinklage.
The pilot starts shooting next month in Belfast, but as yet there doesn’t seem to be an air date announced for the show.

Harold Lloyd is in it? Dude, that’s awesome! I hope he hangs off a clock-tower again, I love it when he does that.
