Riverworld, based on the Philip Jose Farmer novels, stars Tahmoh Penikett as US war reporter Matt Ellman who is resurrected in a strange world filled with dead people from throughout human history. The story sounds intriguing, but I’m still not totally convinced by the trailer. I’ll be watching optimistically, at least.
Judging by the number of BSG and Stargate actors present, I think we can assume they filmed this one in Canada too…
