Writer/producer/director JJ Abrams (Alias, Lost, Fringe, Star Trek) is taking on an executive producer role for a new half-hour comedy in development for Fox. Details are scarce at the moment but what does seem to be confirmed is that Abrams will be working with Mike Markowitz on the as yet untitled “comedic medical show”.
