When I’d heard that Bryan Fuller was returning to Heroes, I felt a little fanboyish gurgle of delight. Maybe, just maybe Fuller could rescue the show from spiralling ever deeper into abject mediocrity. After all, Fuller was the man behind shows like Wonderfalls, Pushing Daisies, Dead Like Me AND had been an executive producer of [...] I’d heard about this upcoming series a while ago and promptly forgot all about it, until this promo surfaced. The HBO series stars Jason Schwartzman, Ted Danson, Zach Galifianakis and Heather Burns so there are certainly no complaints to be made against the cast, whilst the plot sounds, um… slightly generic, to be honest. BUT, [...] Midnight Mass, a DC Comics series about a husband and wife team or supernatural crime fighters, has been snapped up by NBC for adaptation into a live-action series.
