SciFi Now interviewed the Dollhouse star who responded to the rumours with “If that’s true, then that’s amazing. SciFi Now interviewed the Dollhouse star who responded to the rumours with “If that’s true, then that’s amazing. If it’s the TV series then that would be awesome if I could do that after Dollhouse, as I am a huge Star Wars fan.” She went on to say “I am a huge George Lucas fan; I love those movies and that would be a dream come true – I’d love to do it, it would be incredible. Maybe I could be Queen of the Ewoks.”

It would be great to see Dichen Lachman appear in something so high profile, as she’s one of the best things about Dollhouse (and, dare I say it, perhaps better at playing a doll than Dushku?) The only bit that worries me is that she mentions “after Dollhouse”. Does that mean fitting in a potential Star Wars series around her Dollhouse duties, or does she mean after the show is cancelled/she leaves? I’d hate Lachman to bail on Dollhouse, as Sierra is such a strong character.

Hopefully she could fit both shows into her schedule, if the offer ever came. If she did get the job, what kind of Star Wars character can you see Lachman as?

That supernatural haze, that science-fiction haze, has been lifted, and it makes it all that much more possible”.

I believe the new style is what we saw in Epitaph One as I think I recall that the cameraman from that ep has been promoted to DP for Season 2. I loved the aesthetic of Epitaph One, and toning down the glossy look of the show is surely a good thing.
